Know all Tax Management Costs in Advance

Annual Tax Preparation for S-Corps, LLCs, and their Owners:

Our preparation service focusses on the annual IRS filing (plus state) for the income tax return of the entity, and its direct owner.

There are several methods tax preparers and tax managers use to charge for their work:

  • Set a flatrate per return for a given client, based on an advance estimate of effort

  • Charge by the hour, and keep a time-spent log like an attorney’s office

  • Offer a price list based on the types of IRS forms

We have chosen the last option from above, as it is an objective reference for everyone.

You can find the main components of our price list on the right.

A complete S-Corp return filing with the IRS usually starts at $1400.

An LLC is often best reclassified into an S-Corp for the purpose of taxation. We can help.

Ongoing Tax Management for S-Corps, LLCs, and their Owners:

By the time the tax return is due, it’s actually too late to implement strategic moves that can legally lower your tax burden. For anyone with an income above $100k, quarterly tax planning and plan execution is critical to save signficant amounts of taxes.

We also assist with quarterly estimated tax payments and the associated return filing.

The ongoing fee we set is usually 1/4 of the tax preparation fee, but charged per month instead.

This is an ongoing optimization service that can save many thousands for the taxpayer, paying off the management cost usually in a large multiple.
